INGREDIENTS

4 eggs, sepârâted

1/4 tsp. creâm of târtâr

1/2 ripe âvocâdo, mâshed

Pinch sâlt

2 tsp. toâsted sesâme seeds

DIRECTIONS

1.    Line â lârge bâking sheet with pârchment pâper ând preheât the oven to 300°. In â lârge bowl using â hând mixer, beât egg whites ând creâm of târtâr until stiff peâks form.
